Vitamin B12 - a high potency B12 supplement containing a combined dose of 1mg of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin
Vitamin D3 - a Wholefood supplement derived from a natural plant base of lichen.
Omega 3 Vegan - derived from plant marine algae, Omega 3 Vegan offers a good source of vegan DHA and EPA.
Wholefood Iron - is made from a hydroponically-grown Brassica, a cruciferous vegetable similar to broccoli. Each capsule provides 5mg of iron.

| Directions Of Use | Vitamin B12 sublingual:- Place one tablet daily under the tongue until it is dissolved completely, or as directed by a practitioner. Our Vitamin B12 Sublingual tablets can also be swallowed whole, or chewed. Wholefood Vitamin D3:- 1 tablet daily, or as directed by a practitioner. Omega 3 Vegan:- 1-2 capsules daily or as directed by a practitioner. Children aged 6-10 years: take 1 capsule daily. Children aged 11 years and over, and adults: take 1-2 capsules daily as required. Please note, the capsules can be opened and the content mixed into cool food or drink. Wholefood Iron:- 1-3 capsules daily, or as directed by a practitioner. |
