| Directions Of Use | Using a small amount of Mandarin & Aloe Vera Toothpaste – with fluoride, gently brush teeth and gums morning and evening, and preferably after each meal. |
| Dosage | Minimise swallowing and spit out excess toothpaste but don’t rinse with lots of water as this will reduce the fluoride’s effectiveness. |
