Directions Of Use	For children between 3 - 5 years, half a teaspoon daily (approx 2.5ml), and for children 5 years and over, one teaspoon daily (approx 5ml), or as professionally directed. Shake well before use. For adults one teaspoon (approx 5ml) taken twice daily with food or as professionally directed.
Precautions	If you are under medical supervision, please consult a doctor before use Caution is advised with anti-coagulant medication. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Do not purchase if the seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25oC in a dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Vacuum sealed for stability. Once opened, Refrigerate and consume within 4 months.
